Please help, I am riddled with strongyloides and every surface in my house seems to be covered with them to.

I became unwell 6 months ago initially thinking i had a sinus and chest infection which made my normally very well controlled asthma awful.
I was prescribed several Antibiotics and increase in inhaler. No improvement.
I was producing large amounts of purulent sputum which was completely new for me so decided to take some photographs to show GP, I was horrified at what I captured.

Ivermectin is not lisenced for human use in UK so have ordered from abroad.
All I was given was Mebendazole which made no difference at all.

I am itching, my hair has got thin, my skin dry and I have small lumps starting to appear on feet and legs.
These creatures are coming out of every orifice constantly, what can I do????

What helps with the itching?
What should I use on my hair as I caught loads tangled in it and on my scalp in photo?
What can I take while waiting for ivermectin to arrive?
How can i clean my house, not even bleach seems to kill them??

Please advise guys, am way out of my depth.
