Hey guys,
I’m new on curezone and It’s very exciting reading about all the diffrent
Water Fasting experiences. I’m currently (30 oct 2017) on my 7th day of
Water Fasting which is great! I am doing a 28 day fast, so still a long way to go. Today I felt really lightheaded and felt like I was going to puke, but after I lied down for a while it all went away. I had a very busy week so I’m thinking that these are the after shocks of that.
But I was wondering what do you guys do to brighten up the water intake? I noticed that I am starting to begin finding the taste of the water really blank and it’s making me a bid nauseous. All suggestions are welcome.
And I had one more question does juice fasting reap the same benefits as water fasting?

Water Fast or is currently on a fast, I would love to stay in touch.
Btw. I’m fasting from a spiritual(christianity) point of view, so if there are any christian fasters out there I would love to hear you’re tips.
