Have received an email from you asking me to confirm receipt of that email using a code provided, in order to keep my account open.
I did this, but a message came up saying it was not accepted.
Could you please tell me what I need to do next to keep my account open? Please be aware I'm in an older age group and not brilliant with computers/ techy language and procedures.
