i have to disagree with the enema. there is NO proof of autointoxication from fecal matter
ease your way into the fast by going on a monodiet for 1 to 3 days before fasting. eat only grapes, melons, apples, celery, whatever.
try dry fasting for 1 day before getting on the water to jump start detox and ketosis, autophagy
fast with spring water. some recommend distilled water but i dunno...never purified water or aquafina
urine fasting. it may sound nasty or disgusting, but urine can help your fasting. I try to have 1 bottle of urine every day i fast(when not dry fasting). drinking water all day everday is more disgusting than a little pee. your tongue will tell you.
get some sunlight.Vitamin D. Maybe take some baths with
Epsom Salts to supplement magnesium. prolonged fasting results in chronic magnesium excretion. magnesium chloride oil works wonders synthesizing vitamin D from sunlight to make energy.
after your fast, if you haven't pooped. take a tablespoon of
Epsom Salts dissolved in 16 ounces(2 cups) water. this will clear your colon.
break your fast with something uncooked, easily digestible. maybe an avocado, carrot, or melon. or hey raw eggs, raw milk or raw cheese for optimal energy/nutrients.
moisturize your skin with oil/minimal chemical lotion(aloe vera) daily because yu will dry out
Your body is a whore and a liar. Remember that. will your body to get up and go. but rest when needed.
yoga and meditation will help...no sex! or if you can't help it, no ogasm/ejaculation. this depletes so much nutrients
