Just curious if anyone has experienced tight muscles in the chest and back that make it hard to breathe. I believe I have candida and maybe even an autoimmune disorder of some kind. I've been misdiagnosed with asthma, I don't have asthma and I've been cleared with an allergist. I was going to get tested for autoimmune but my insurance was canceled. I'm not asking for a diagnosis I'm just simply asking if anyone has experienced this same thing with candida or autoimmune or both since they are closely related. My throat and esophagus stay tight a lot and sometimes seems if I eat crappy that I get extremely tight in my back and chest muscles and makes it hard to breathe. I am actively trying to rid myself of candida. I had been doing the candida diet and cut out gluten but last few weeks I've been eating pizza and burgers again. I take coconut oil occasionaly. I take molybdenum, milk thistle and activated charcoal. I recently started taking apple cider vinegar baths, baking soda baths and
Epsom Salt baths along with skin brushing. I've been dealing with this for going on about 4 years now. Started with getting headaches when bending over and now all of this. It got much worse when I moved in to a house with black mold 4 years ago. Ever since then I've been fighting this. Any insight is great, thanks.
P.s. Yeah, I'm cleaning my diet back up. Only been cheating a couple weeks so hopefully didn't do too much.
