Water fasting produces a range of health benefits (see awesome articles written about it everywhere on this site).
I am doing another 5 day
Water Fast (mainly for weight loss and mental sharpness), and I am holding a challenge for others to Join.
The rules;
Join a whatsapp chat group, telling us of your daily progress.
Submit a before and after stat list and photo.
Fast consists only of Water, tea, black coffee, homemade bone broth, and up to 2 tbsp of coconut or mct oil per day.
Engage in 30 min exercise per day.
Start on September 14 (morning) to September 19 (morning).
