I woke up with quick chest pains because I slept on my left arm, it was like angina as it stopped once I rolled over on by back.
What symptoms did you have while experiencing your heart attack, how would I know if my heart is bad?
I don't exercise much and sit all day behind this thing, and eat kind of bad sometimes.

This is a reply to # 2,382,637as for your health, you should check for a blockage. its about $99 for a cardio check, insurance or not. if its calcium, edta. if its fat - tons of MSM.iodine, boron, cayenne, vitc. and definitely KCl for the angina. if you dont exercise much watch teh sodium and use potassium salt substitute instead. and of course, eat right, exercise, stay hydrated.

This is a reply to # 2,382,650I think it is calcium as I have been doing the boron, iodine, potassium, etc...
But I am not sure because I also use nattokinase and vitamin K2, but I don't get much sunlight and haven't taken vitamin D3 for awhile.
I did not know of this test, I will research it, thanks as always and hope your heart does well for the future.
