Me too, I was smoking more to substitute food on my last cleanse, until I had a major detox crisis (it was awful!) That made me cut down alot! Still can't quit though. Good luck!

Remembered for the review were inquiries regarding whether the patient smoked, regardless of whether the patient was gotten some information about smoking status (by a clinician or other staff), and, for smokers, whether they were encouraged to stop smoking and offered explicit guidance on the best way to do as such.
