In the first 5 days of preparation it's best to consume:
* fresh salads
* cooked vegetables
* grains
* legumes
* nuts
* seeds
* natural fats and oils
* herbs
* spices
* fruits
and avoid:
* animal / meat
* fried foods
* refined sugars
also avoid overeating and avoid foods or beverages that are ice-cold.
