Just relax and do not care about what scale is showing.
If you have lost so much the first 7 days, that is the main reason why you are not loosing anything now.
Do not drink too much water, it will wash out all minerals from your body.
Listen to your own body and drink when thirsty.
And forget the scale.
All in all, you are going to lose weight during your water fast, but it is not you to decide how much, it is your body that will make that decision.
An average Joe would have to fast for 12 days to lose 25 Lbs, if he is overweight or obese, and longer if he is not.
Think about that !
Even if you do not lose a single lbs during the next 2 days, you have still lost more than the average Joe!
Short walks are ok, if you feel ok.
Never walk further than 10 min away from your home, you may suddenly feel very weak and unable to walk long enough to reach your home, especially if you are an obese person !
BUT! Beware ! Climbing very many stairs on a single day during a
Water Fast can easily cost you your life, especially if you are an obese person !
