So was drinking heavily for years, smoking, 28 now and wanted a change. Ruined a lot of good relationships with the drinking. Gained a lot of weight as well. Long story short came across keto, then intermittent fasting, then prolonged fasting. My question is I'm on day five of a unknown number water fast. Feels great to be in control. Didn't drink for about a week before and started eating smaller and smaller amounts for around a week as well. No carbs. I'm 5'10 300lbs so have plenty to lose. Started having heart burn mainly when going to sleep is this bad? Puked up bile on day 3 and have had the runs at least once a day. Not really hungry and still have energy just wondering if these are signs I should stop the water fast?
