Hi guys, so i water fasted for 5 days...and i broke my fast on the 6th day with a watermelon...and some lowfat light yogurt hours later to help digestion...and after sometime, ive been experiencing acid refluxes and it makes me uncomfortable...will this go away? Its been 3 days since i broke my fast ive been eating fruits only and some little broths that my mom makes... is this acid refluxes natural after breaking a fast? Ive been readin articles about it but i cant seem to find any answers that satisfy me so i figured i shud ask here...i hope someone can help me...thank you.
