After reading benefits of extended fasting and attempting smaller periods of fasting, i began my first extended (14 day) fast today.
I'm a male,5 ft 10
inch weighing 284 pounds. I used to weigh 190
pounds 3 years ago but unhealthy food habits and lack of exercise got me here.
Cheer for me guys. I hope weight loss is not the only thing i gain with this experience.
I have a question though. Can i drink green tea during a water only fast?
