Now I have been researching extensively on how to properly break a 40 day water fast.
I know the usual is fruit and fruit juices. I was thinking however, due to the ever real Re-Feeding syndrome, is it wise that 2-3 days before I break my fast, I have coconut water? Or will this disrupt the fast entirely?
I was thinking that if I somewhat reintroduced something other than water into my system, the re-feeding syndrome could be somewhat avoided...If you can't already tell, it pretty much spooked me.
Any thoughts/advice is truly and whole heartedly welcomed.
