Maemae2002, there's absolutely no reason to buy an expensive product to deal with blood pressure issues. There are gabillions of products out there that claim to either control or "cure" high blood pressure, and the best that can be done is to manage it.
The first thing that plays a part in any condition is genetics - about that, nothing can be done.
With high blood pressure, weight, stress, nutrition, and movement all factor into management.
This is just one of thousands of links that relate to changes in diet and nutrition:

The main nutritional culprit is processed and oversalted foods. Anything that you typically find in a grocery store has been industrially processed. Even meats are infused with a sodium-laden solutions as a means to preserve them for longer shelf lives.
Deli meats......they're probably the worst thing that groceries sell. Frozen dinners are a close second. Sodas, potato chips/crisps, and all of the boxed and bagged items are no longer "food." They've been so over-processed that any nutritional values that they once might have had no longer exist. They just take up space in the gut.
SO......what to do? Take things one step at a time. I have to work on this, every day, because it's a matter of my making good choices (fruits & veges) and then preparing them, myself.
The view is "food is medicine" is accurate. Cinnamon, tumeric, apple-cider vinegar, and using ONLY kosher or unprocessed salt in food preparation are all a great help. I even use cinnamon in my morning coffee - just add a tablespoon to the filter and the coffee is infused with the healthy benefits.
There's no one-and-done solution to high blood pressure. It's a process of one thing at a time.
Good luck and brightest blessings
