Hi all,
I'm 5"7, 140
pounds with 35% body fat. I am aiming to fast for 14 days.
Well, I started 3 days ago, and I have not lost any weight at all. I assure you I've only been drinking water!
This is my 5th attempt at fasting this month, because I kept giving up after 48 - 72 hours. Meaning for the whole month of May, I have been trying and failing and trying and failing.
Why can't I lose any weight? The first time I tried
Water Fasting (which was last year), I actually lost 1kg per day. Why not now? Could it be that I have damaged my metabolism because of so many failed attempts at fasting?
