Here comes the guilt trip Doc! WHY did you say NOT to use the post filter on a distiller? B/c it absorbed toxins from the atmosphere?
What about eating @ McDonald's to slow the detox down? Instead of ADDING minerals I should have thought about it and just eaten food. Minerals added cause us to detox too fast. Not nearly enough good oils. The body drives the poisoned fat out. We need LOTS of it to replace it. We need to really understand what we're doing and WHY. If I had it to do over, I wouldn't do but maybe a couple liver flushes, but that doesn't make sense, either. FOOD drives out the poisons over time. I'd appreciate it if you'd comment. It seems like a catch 22 situation to me now.
