I tried to google "exfoliative cheilitis case reports" but found only 2, it was written in one of them that Less than 200 cases of EC have been reported in the literature(51 cases in the English literature).

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,369,597I am going to comply a database of all(hopefully) case reports and any medical research that's been done on EC. Many of the articles on PubMed are not free, but I can go around it with sci-hub that seems to be working very well.
I will share it here so you can help me draw conclusions/ try different treatments.

If you search for "Journal" together with "Exfoliative Cheilitis" you get a lot of reports. Some of those may or may not be indexed by PubMed.
Add plus between the Journal and the "Exfoliative Cheilitis".
