This season I still had mild allergy flareups (noseblowing/sneezing) but no need for medication unless I ate pizza, then my allergy symptoms would get to unmanageable levels.
Watch the video about it here or just read the text below it.
I have bad allergies every
Spring for a period of about
3 weeks.
In the past, the only thing that
would work was taking huge
amounts of medication.
The following has proven to
work for me for 3 years in a
row and it works better than
allergy meds.
Do 1 of the following at any
time while your
seasonal allergies are bad.
Methods are listed in order
from most to least
effective, but they all
work about the same.
Water
Fasting
Raw Juice
Fasting
Fresh Fruit
Fasting
That's it! Water Fast, Raw
Juice Fast, or Fresh fruit fast
for as long as your seasonal
allergies tend to be bad. You'll be
surprised how effective this is!
Give it about a day to kick in.
Feel free to switch the
methods up. IE start with water
fast, then juice, then fresh fruit
I'm not sure if a raw food
diet would suffice, but I
don't think it would work
as well.
Warning...if you add foods not
listed your allergies may quickly
start up again. Keep in mind
that any type of fasting can cause
detox symptoms. Please research
Most of my water comes
from a Royal Berkey
filter. When I juice fast I
use an Omega juicer. I
recommend both.
I advise buying wholesale
especially if you are juice
or fruit fasting. I live in
the Bay Area and love
Earl's Organic wholesaler.
I hope this helps and I pray
that Jesus Christ cures each
one of you of all your
allergies!
Good info. One of my sons has allergies and now we are discovering that it gets worse with eating cheese. He has done one Liver Flush every year for last three years before the Spring season and his allergies are practically gone. He has not taken any medications since he did the Liver Flush the first time.
That's awesome. I am also a believer in liver flushing. To anyone who doesn't like fasting you can consider juice and raw fruit FEASTING especially to keep springtime allergies at bay. God bless you!
