Good day all. I am fasting for five days as it's the very first time I'm fasting. I want to do 21 days but I will start with five. I'm 28 and already have arthritis. I read Water Fasting may help me with the pain. Also I chose to Water Fast because I wanted to quit smoking and if I permit myself from putting anything inside my body besides water then I won't smoke either. I'm on day two of my fast aswell as not smoking. Thinking about what the next day without eating will be like has completely blocked my mind of smoking cigarettes. I hope that I make it to five days and maybe even continue to 21 days. Wish me luck I'm going to need it having a Kindergartener asking for buttery pasta as I'm typing.
