Just did my first two liver flushes. Passed many stones. Drank much apple juice. Didn't eat much protein. Didn't lose an ounce.
I do best on a ketogenic diet. I'm also loaded with liver and gallbladder stones. Anyone here lose significant weight in the long run with multiple
Liver Flushes and keto diet between flushes? As in eggs, apples, greens, beets, sweet potatoes, lemon juice, coconut oil and moderate animal protein?
