I have a question... I used to be able to lose water weight fast (when water fasting), sometimes a whopping 10lbs in 2 days. As of about 2 months ago, that changed. I lose water weight a lot slower when I fast, and 5 days into a fast I still see indentations in my skin from clothing, and I've lost a total of maybe 8lbs. Any thoughts on why this might be happening? Have I developed an underlying issue through repeated fasting? This is about a week after "that time of month" so can't be that... any input would be tremendously appreciated.
