I am new here and need some advice. I was in an accident almost 10 years ago, I walked away but started having problems months later that left me disoriented, dizzy, fearful and foggy headed. I eventually had to quit a dream job because I couldn't go anywhere without having difficulties and then panic attacks. Primary doctor said it was stress, gave me a script and that was that. Scripts didn't help at all so I changed doctors twice after they said the same thing. I knew something else was going on and after 2 regular doctors and 4 specialists it was discovered that I had "walking whiplash". Herniated C-1 vertebrae. I am getting better but this has caused major problems still. I am deficient in calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron and have had to go to the hospital for dehydration a couple times. I am trying to get thus under control but I'm hitting brick walls with doctors and no insurance now.
My question is if anyone else has this problem and how do you get enough of these vitamins and nutrients if they, from my understanding are chain nutrients that need each other already in the blood. Calcium has to be in the body to absorb magnesium, or something like that.
