My diet was very similar, with the supplements including Nature's Secret colon cleanse, and my stools after 18 days are all identical to what you've described. I'd like to think that perhaps that kind of diet leading up to the Master-Cleanse means that the intestines/colon were somewhat clean already and the detoxing is going to other areas of the body instead of first thing dumping garbage out of the bowels. However, I would also think that prior to my last 3 years of a good diet, the previous 30 some years definitely has some muciod plaque lurking deep in me needing to come that will require something other than cool, refresshing Master-Cleanse lemonade.

Therefore, after 18 days of this and nothing but putt pee and weight loss, I'm starting to get the feeling I'm going to have to do it for a long time - 40 days+ - to see some deep down effects.

Well, I'm not one of the seasoned experts, but my response is that the Master-Cleanse is more of a whole body detox, even down to the cellular level and while it does include some bowel cleansing, it is mainly the stuff that's already loose in the bowels. To get mucoid plaque, it seems to take more powerful ingredients to loosen the mucoid plaque that is somewhat cemented to the intestinal walls.

I say this based on spending hours in this forum and other message boards and it seems consistent that other potions such as P&B, Oxypowder , colonix, etc. etc. are what is needed to cleanse the ancient artifacts of the bowels.

Therefore, I've started taking the super cleanse pills while continuing hte Master-Cleanse and will be adding an oxygen product and if that doesn't produce the grossest stools of my life, then I'll probably go to Colonix.
