I am on my 4th day of basically only water fast. I have fasted before with only water, but decided to try these new ketone powders to try and speed up the transition days which are difficult. I used raspberry ketones in pure bulk powder form to help jump start me into the process and some MSM. Most of the info I have read about ketones are for intermittent fasting, or just staying into ketosis for low carb diet.
I'm wondering if adding them will give me more energy or if there is any benefit, or if at this stage they will stop my weight loss and detox?
Also if anyone has used MSM to boost fasting? I am doing a 8 day
