Hi everyone.
I did a 7 day
Water Fast and another 14 day fast two years ago
I am 8 days into a
Water Fast and feeling ok (albeit a bit uncomfortable in the bowel region. I'm putting this down to no movements)
I was only going to do 7 days as I've not been at my best nutritionally wise but feeling ok so far.
So going for two weeks again.
Would love to go beyond if I feel ok but there are warnings out there about unsupervised fasts.
Also thinking of moving from water to a juice fat for maybe two weeks also.
Has anyone used this tactic / transition.

A work colleague made my day today.
Turning up for work after a week fast he noticed ow radiant I looked.
Nice compliment I thought.
When I told him was fasting and hadn't eaten for 8 days he changed his mind and said I looked gaunt.
That was my highlight of the day.
Having previously being heavy set. Friends and family always say I don't look good when slimmer.
But you just feel so good inside what makes it the right thing to do.
Morale of that story. Don't let others influence how you really want to be
