Well, it's pretty incredible how your face can improve when you get proper sleep.
In just under 2 weeks protecting myself from WIFI while I sleep, I look and feel so different. My 12 nights have deep sleep has done wonders.
I have also gone back to green/purple juicing, because I bought a new juicer.
My PH went from 6.2 (once during summer I was 6.0!) now to 6.7.
My color improved! Pastey white looks so bad on me!
So overall, my health is almost back on track. My sleep is still not normal though.
I usually would sleep at 10 and be up by 4 or 5 in the morning, with great energy.
But now that my body is sleeping, I've been making up my sleep debt. I'm waking up at 9am, wowzers that's almost 10 or 11 hours sleep.
Several times I've gone for my early morning walks, but it's not consistent. Working on my sleep debt is much more important:)
I just wanted to point out how my face changes with sleep.
My eyebrow is higher again, so my scar is almost invisible. My indents under my eyes are not as deep.
But what I find fascinating is my nasio-labial line is much less deep.
Also the bulges beside my lips are almost gone. I believe this is lymph build-up.
With sleep, and juicing, everything works better:)
