In theory you are right. Your plan seems superb!
Got for it I say! Yet I have gone into every single one of my fasts underweight, I'm also 5'6"... And I start my fast at 51kg (112.4lbs) and despite ending it at 40kg (88lbs) BMI 14... I did not experience any autolysation... But a few tiny cc... I did however experience 10cc reduction from 3 week pineapple fasting. I have done fasting for years and been thin and active my whole life. Until I combined pineapple fasting and turmeric teas each night, I didn't have any autolysation.
Even Archus has fasted extensively and not experienced autolysation. I do believe it's got to do with some areas being partitioned off, more prone to stagnation and more resistant to clearing of debris and detox.

Are all good for getting detox pathways active and flowing in that area. Once it's flowing detox /autolysation is more likely to occur.

Water Fasting I made many people litterally cry as I looked like a frightening corpse with a deathly stench... It was pretty surreal.
Try
Iodine therapy! Plenty of threads on curezone about it! Also fast! As excess weight will complicate the cysts more and cause more pain and inflammation.
One person on here recommended what I thought to be a splendid regime of fasting last 10 days of each month, refeeding the other 20 days on healthy plant based diet. Keeping that up for 12 months seems quite do-able.
But seriously trust me! If you fast as long as you can on pineapples it does amazing things to our bodies! It rests the metabolism! You get to be satisfied and still eat while burning cell debis. It specifically targets tumours and cancer. It will shred weight off you... I still endorse fasting... But personally I get ten times better results in one fast of pineapples then a very gruelling water fast. My last fast, I was litterally so skinny my partner was sure if I didn't stop at 29.5 days just half a day short, that I would have not made it through the night. Lol... I was severely deficient in protein, b12, folate, iron, and just about everything... I'm only still just recovering. Fasting is pretty taxing, overweight or underweight. I mean I'm still going to do another month starting march... But I have tried to prepare myself with 2hour a day weights:workouts/running since mid nov, to build my body back up so I can get to that point. It took so much from me with little results. Pineapple actually was more drastic in improving my wellbeing, never felt taxed and could still run for miles... After
