Hi, I am wanting to start ingesting hydrogen peroxide but the advice I have been given is to use distilled water.

I have filtered water but it is not distilled - has anyone done oxygen therapy without using distilled water? Does it make a difference?

  I do with just filter water I ozonate it for 30 mins no ill effects besides the detox but that also does not happen any more.
