Try to increase natural fat consumption, like organic butter, coconut oil, olive oil, meat/bone broths. Mix 2-3 heaping tablespoons of ground flax seeds in natural yoghurt and eat daily. Enemas with simple saline water can also help if you get very constipated. You should aim to have a bowel movement at least once a day.
Try magnesium, dandelion tea, and maybe slippery elm bark/powder. This is a pretty comprehensive combo... drink a litre through the night and you should wake up and have at least 500mls water and then be bursting to go.
