There are three courts in the land: the court of justice (Judicial branch of government), the court of public opinion (i.e., news media), and the Vaccine Court. The first two courts are public. The third is private. Because the Vaccine Court is hidden out of sight, most people never learn of its existence.
Why Hide a Court Unless You Have Something To Hide?
The Vaccine Court is a federal court, without a jury, run by Special Masters that pay out compensation in millions of dollars each year to families of vaccine-injured casualties. Families have a statute of limitations of 3 years from the onset of symptoms for injuries after the administration of a vaccine. In the case of death, only 2 years. Is justice served when parents make their case against government attorneys of the Justice Department in a government-run courtroom?
Normally, when a product fails, the burden of proof rests with the manufacturer. However, in Vaccine Court, the burden of proof rests squarely on the family to show a connection between cause and effect. Proving such a connection is not easy since diagnostic criteria by the American Psychiatric Association has changed several times. Cases can take 2 to ten years to resolve. Therefore, recipients of financial awards represent only a fraction of petitioners, and a smaller fraction of actual vaccine injuries that happen every day.
A total of $3 billion has been paid out to families since 1989 and more than $120.4 million has been paid to cover attorneys’ fees and other legal costs. All awards are funded by an excise tax on vaccines imposed on each dose of a vaccine set by the CDC, paid for by the taxpayer (i.e., the injured party).
What You Don’t Know Can Hurt You
Most families who suffer injury or death from vaccines have at least two things in common: 1) they were denied informed-consent by their doctor (package insert) so they could not make an informed-choice, and 2) they were not told that any adverse reaction should be reported by a doctor to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), the database that compiles information on each vaccine injury and death.
Without informed consent, parents feel rushed to judgment. They do know that combining childhood vaccines at one visit is not safe. They do not learn that each vaccine contains multiple antigens (i.e., pneumococcal vaccine contains 13 antigens), carcinogens (formaldehyde), antibiotics, fetal tissue cells, and heavy metals (aluminum, mercury). They are not told that since 1990, the VAERS database has received more than 500,000 reports of suspected adverse reactions to vaccines. Or that VAERS is a passive reporting system that reflects a 50-fold underreporting of adverse events representing only 1% of actual events. Without real information, parents do not question the growing vaccine schedule deemed “safe and effective” and Congress has no incentive to abolish a Vaccine Court that serves to hide the truth about a growing vaccine-injury epidemic.

Media Complicit
The media is complicit in hiding the truth and downplays the “so-called vaccine court” to dismiss legitimacy of vaccine damage, as seen during a CNN interview with Dr. Jon Poling, the father of Hannah Poling, the first award recipient of the Vaccine Court to receive a lifetime settlement of $20 million and a one year sum of $1.5 million. The ruling stated that Hannah’s diagnosis of autism, encephalopathy and seizures was caused by vaccines. Since Hannah’s case, 83 cases of vaccine-associated autism have been settled in federal Vaccine Court but were never reported in the media. In March 2015 the government removed the latest vaccine injury court statistics (data from 2014 and 2015) from a public chart, which no longer reflects the rise in court payouts.
Landmark Autism Case
The Vaccine Court’s first landmark decision came quietly in 2010 based on the strong association between the vaccines Hannah Poling received at 19 months (five vaccines — diphtheria–tetanus–acellular pertussis, Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib), measles–mumps–rubella (MMR), varicella, and inactivated polio) and the autism she subsequently developed.
Autism is a broad label for neurologic and psychological impairment which is now an epidemic, with 1 in 45 kids diagnosed, and 1 in 10 with ADHD. Trends show that by 2025, half of all children will be diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Hannah’s signs included problems with language, communication, and behavior — all features of autism spectrum disorder. The court’s ruling read: “encephalopathy caused by a mitochondrial enzyme deficit.” Encephalopathy describes loss of brain function or activity and is listed as an adverse effect on the package inserts of many vaccines, including the ones Hannah received.
The Great Contradictions
- The CDC and government continue to push vaccines as “safe and effective” even while they can point to no double-blind, placebo-controlled studies that science uses as the Gold Standard for safety and effectiveness.
- The CDC promotes vaccines as necessary for “community immunity” (which replaces “herd immunity”) even thought it purchases vaccines from the industry it regulates. A conflict of Interest.
- In 1986, under pressure from the pharmaceutical industry, Congress established a no-fault compensation system for children who suffer vaccine injury or death. The NCVIA resulted from a flood of lawsuits in the wake of the TV special, Vaccine Roulette, that presented evidence on the dangers of the DTP (diptheria-pertussis-tetanus) vaccine. See list of ingredients in DTP vaccine, and others, here. The liability to Big Pharma had become too great relative to the potential profit, so Congress obliged (i.e., blackmail).
- The CDC continues to add new vaccines to the childhood schedule even though in 2011, the Supreme Court ruled, in Bruesewitz v. Wyeth, that vaccines are “unavoidably unsafe.” Since the Bruecewitz v. Wyeth decision, vaccine makers have been exempted from all liability regarding their vaccine products. The decision read: “[n]o vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine after October 1, 1988, if the injury or death resulted from side-effects that were unavoidable even though the vaccine was properly prepared and was accompanied by proper directions and warnings.”
- The CDC allows neurotoxic aluminum in vaccines based on the studied effects of ingested aluminum (vs. injected aluminum). Aluminum you eat is eliminated rapidly. However, Injectable aluminum as an adjuvant in vaccines is meant to stick around. CDC’s pdf on aluminum toxicity admits, “Aluminum may play a role in the disease development by acting as a co-factor in the chain of pathological events resulting in Alzheimer’s disease.”
- The CDC pushes vaccine mandates even as its own lead researcher, William Thompson, PhD blew the whistle on the corruption, manipulation, and destruction of data used to conceal the link between autism and the MMR vaccine. CDC documents have been released by William Thompson for anyone to review and research, including Congress, which has a copy. Meanwhile, CDC continues to block Dr. Thompson from testifying.
- More whistleblowers: Vaccine maker, Merck, is in court facing allegations of wrongdoing from two former Merck scientists who blew the whistle in 2010 on federal charges of fraud for fabricating results in its vaccine studies. In April 2016, a whistleblower filed lawsuit against CDC for major data errors in autism rates. In September of 2016, CDC demoted another employee whistleblower for concerns on the accuracy of the Zika test.
Vaccine Mandates and the Healthy People 20/20 Act
Against its own Constitution, California law (SB277) now mandates all children who attend public or private school to adhere to the CDC childhood vaccination schedule (49 doses of 14 vaccines by age 6 or 69 doses of 16 vaccines by age 18) or be refused an education.
California serves as a test-market for similar unconstitutional legislation being fast-tracked across the country. To cover all bases, the Federal government has plans for cradle-to-grave vaccine schedules to mandate all adults, including seniors, to roll up their sleeves to “catch up on their vaccines” under the Healthy People 20/20 Act.

Under pressure from state medical societies, which get their marching orders from the American Medical Association (AMA), many State legislators have begun removing personal and religious vaccine exemptions, which means a medical doctor is required to sign off any vaccine waivers (i.e., medical exemption). Since 1986, restrictions have increased to where now almost no medical condition qualifies for a medical exemption, as seen under the guidelines of California law. This is a clear example showing government as a corporate entity working for industry at the expense of the people, i.e., a rogue government.
Do You Own Your Body Or Does The State?
The latest recommendations target pregnant women and fetuses (in utero vaccines) though such vaccines have never been tested for safety to mother or fetus. Nonetheless, under Senate Bill S2742, the developing child is considered a “person” eligible to receive vaccinations. Pregnant mothers are already offered TDaP, flu, and hepatitis B vaccines. This begs the question, what is a “person” exactly?
In the “Land of the Free,” “people” are “corporations.” And corporations are people, too (see Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission). The Act that legally turned the USA into a corporation was the District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871. If you live as a person citizen the USA Corp., you are considered an enemy of the federal corporate government under the “The Trading with the Enemy Act.” In understanding this concept, you see why all Acts protect corporate interests above the individual. Get ready for the 21st Century Cures Act which would allow fast-tracking of genetically-modified vaccines, smaller trials, clinical testing of children without parental consent, and the use of “best guesses before experimental data.”If we do not refute all Acts of Tyranny, we consent to them, even if we are ignorant of the law. It is the same with data and information. Data presented by groups with an agenda only present their “stamped and approved” version. The CDC does not perform studies comparing vaccinated to unvaccinated kids because they would discover something that is becoming very apparent; that vaccinated kids have an increased risk of chronic disease and cancers.
Parents Unite
There is no justice found in courtrooms that lack compassion. However, there is compassion embodied in each of us. As evidenced by public vigils and marches, parents of vaccine-injured kids are coming together in compassion and love to opt out and withdraw consent even if transparency and justice will never be realized under a rogue government.
With access to independent, scientific studies, parents are gathering the data themselves. A recent report by the MOM STREET JOURNAL finds the Vaccine Court payouts for damage from the flu shot alone “from $4.9 million in 2014 to $61 million in 2015 — an increase of more than 1000%.” Other online sites that makes research to do your own investigation include: VacTruth.com, National Vaccine Information Center, vaxxed.com , greenmedinfo.com.
The Flu Shot Scam
Why do flu shots appear more dangerous than others? Perhaps it is due to high levels of neurotoxic aluminum and mercury. Perhaps it is the new mandates in California that require the jab of all children in the educational system. Perhaps it is the policies of hospitals that mandate annual flu shots for all healthcare workers across the country. Perhaps it is the rules of nursing homes and Assisted Living Centers that mandate flu shots for all residents. In all cases, mandates are tied to Obamacare, which is written by the pharmaceutical industry and the insurance industry. Flu shots do more damage (with heavy metals, detergents, antibiotics) than getting the flu. Flu is the result of a suppressed immune system. There is no “flu virus” that is ever tracked since any influenza virus is always mutating before a vaccine can be developed. Flu is a condition of symptoms from infection due to toxins, yeast, pathogenic microbes (bacteria), etc. If people stopped lining up for the flu shot, hospitals would fall in line.
Next Steps: Change Your Mindset
Because the current government structure is a product of industry, it is unlikely Congress will ever change the laws written by these same industries. Draconian laws serve to repress and restrict freedom to choose for those who consent. Unjust laws are mirrors to show us what we tolerate and what we do not. By allowing authoritarian dictates or politicians to choose for us, by proxy, we give up our energy and our power as individuals with free will. Each of us is responsible.
Forced mandates have no place in a free society. When mandates come in the form of toxic injectables, it is no different than a sanctioned mass poisoning of the population. When liberty and health are threatened based on a foundation of contradictions, it provides an opportunity to stand up for individual rights, where no one else will, and say NO.
When enough of us stand together, mass consciousness shifts. Dictates can no longer be used as a tool to enslave. As individuals united, we become the majority and create change with our intention. No one can force, intimidate, or coerce another unless consent is given. Our collective power is grounded in individual intent and consent, and in the knowledge that we are body, mind, and spirit, not only a physical body to be manipulated.
We forget we are beings with free will who live on a free-will planet. Free will is a combination of free choice and will power. It is a birthright. It is an inherent ability not only to choose between an apple and an orange, but to decide not to eat either of them because they both contain poison.
It will take all of us to stand for truth and choice in the face of a corporate government. It will take the power of the individual grounded in love and compassion to say NO to a system that no longer serves the body of humanity. As Ron Paul said, “When we give government the power to make medical decisions for us, we in essence, accept that the state owns our bodies.”
When we allow our bodies to be herded like cattle, we lock our own gates from within. Freeing ourselves starts with taking the bull by the horns and seeing ourselves as energy first and foremost, unique, with our own distinct fingerprints, our own sensibilities, and our ability to choose a road paved with love instead of fear.
When we come together irregardless of creed, color, gender, and unite as powerful, free will beings, we create change. We only have to remember who we are.

Statistics don't lie, but statisticians certainly can. In his book, "Master Manipulator: The Explosive True Story of Fraud, Embezzlement, and Government Betrayal at the CDC," investigative journalist James Grundvig exposes what really goes on at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
In it, he reveals how the agency has engaged in massive fraud, misinformation and manipulation of vaccine information. What made Grundvig write such a book?
"A couple of reasons," he says. "One is I have an autistic son who's 16 years old now. He's one of the 5,000 cases kicked out of vaccine court [for] thimerosal poisoning.
Number two, I'm first generation Norwegian-American. Poul Thorsen, the main manipulator — but not the only one — is of Danish descent. I was introduced to an alliance [that asked me] to track down Thorsen over in Denmark, a culture and country I know very well."
Danish Scientist Charged in Vaccine Research Scam
Thorsen is a major player and an essential character in this real-life drama. In 2011, he was charged with 13 counts of wire fraud and nine counts of money laundering. A federal grand jury alleged Thorsen stole over $1 million from autism research funding between February 2004 and June 2008.
He stole the money while serving as the principal investigator for a program studying the relationship between autism and exposure to vaccines. At the time, The Copenhagen Post reported that:1
"... [Thorsen] submitted over a dozen false invoices from the CDC for research expenses to Aarhus University … instructing them to transfer the funds to a CDC account, which was in fact his personal account ...
Thorsen's research on autism is widely known in academic circles, where he was until this week a highly respected figure. A paper of his on the subject, which is known as 'The Danish Study,' is quoted extensively to refute the autism vaccine connection."
As of 2014, Thorsen was permanently expelled from Denmark's university hospital system. Thorsen has been a fugitive for the past five years. Yet his whereabouts are no secret. As noted by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. in a 2015 Forbes article:2
"The fact that he is roaming free and is easy to find, despite the U.S. Federal indictment … suggests a lack of enthusiasm by HHS and CDC to press for his capture and extradition.
The agency undoubtedly fears that a public trial would expose the pervasive corruption throughout CDC's vaccine division and the fragility of the science supporting CDC's claims about thimerosal safety."
The Master Manipulator
Thorsen's spectacular demise was likely the result of an inside tip to Aarhus University. But was he really the sole person responsible for the creation of these manipulated studies? According to Grundvig's investigation, the CDC appears to have had a clear hand in the deception.
In 1999, Thorsen — who had earned his Ph.D. in Denmark the year before — was invited to the CDC in Atlanta as a foreign visiting scientist. He arrived at a time when there was a lot of discussion between vaccine makers and the CDC to remove thimerosal from vaccines.
Thorsen ended up being hired full-time to conduct five studies on Danish people, as the Danes had a preexisting database covering the entire population.
In the U.S., no federal health authority was collecting this kind of comprehensive vaccination and health data. "That was the beginning of five corrupt Danish studies that were done: four on thimerosal; one on MMR," Grundvig says.
The Danish Study
Thorsen's "Danish Study,"3 which was never retracted, reported a 20-fold increase in autism in Denmark AFTER mercury-based preservatives like thimerosal were banned from vaccines. This study has since been used to support the idea that thimerosal has no bearing on autism rates.
However, it was actually an example of lying by omission, because at the same time the apparent autism increase took place, a new Danish law required autism cases to be reported on the national level. There was also a new clinic dedicated to autism treatment.
These two factors were likely the driving forces behind the sudden spike in reported autism cases, but the researchers didn't even disclose them, let alone take them into account. Despite the obvious ramifications of these omitted details, the CDC has relied on the Danish Study to "prove" their case that MMR vaccine and mercury are safe.
Moreover, the fact that Thorsen's scientific integrity was in serious question was completely lost on the CDC, which issued the following statement following his arrest warrant:4
"Dr. Thorsen was one of many co-authors on these research projects. All of these were subject to extensive peer review and we have no reason to suspect that there are any issues related to the integrity of the science."
CDC Dumped Agent Orange Studies to Avoid Backlash From Injured Veterans
In researching Thorsen's involvement with the CDC, Grundvig came across other instances of malfeasance. In 1984, Coleen Boyle was a principal investigator for the CDC, charged with investigating the effects of Agent Orange. Today, Boyle is the director of the National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities (NCBDDD), an arm of the CDC.
In the 1980s, the CDC was given extensive information from the army on Operation Ranch Hand about the flight patterns of Agent Orange. The information was archived in Pennsylvania, but the CDC refused to go to the archives and look at it. Doing so meant they'd have to face the truth about the contamination of U.S. troops — about half a million American veterans who suffer from cancers and other diseases caused by Agent Orange.
The CDC basically gave up on the Agent Orange studies saying they "couldn't figure it out," when in fact they could have, had they simply gone to Pennsylvania. In so doing, they forfeited $21 million in research money, which in and of itself raises questions about motives. Apparently they deemed the loss of $21 million to be preferable to what they might find by doing the research.
"The 101st Congress came out [with a report in 1990 and called it [the] "Agent Orange cover up" to basically skewer the CDC. Unfortunately, nothing happened. They didn't fire the people in charge. They didn't clean house in the CDC. Once those people at the top were able to get away with this, they felt emboldened. They also had a template for future issues like Ebola and Zika," Grundvig says.
With Boyle, the CDC demonstrated they are really masterful at covering up issues that are directly related to the public health, or issues that could have a negative impact on people's perception of a certain exposure.
The Link Between Thimerosal and Autism
To this day, most doctors will tell you the science is settled and there’s no link between vaccines and autism. In reality, the science is FAR from settled. In 2000, two secret meetings took place. The first one, in May, took place in Puerto Rico. This meeting covered aluminum adjuvants in vaccines. The second meeting took place in Simpsonwood5 three weeks later.
"In those meetings, they talked about how they all realized — the scientists within those meetings, from the CDC, from college institutions, from Big Pharma vaccine makers — all agreed that thimerosal is a problem, and aluminum is a problem. But they can't change overnight and lose that kind of money …
These two meetings produced results from foreign scientists, like Dr. Thomas Verstraeten out of Belgium. The CDC realized they had a major problem on their hands with the general public. They found thimerosal … is dangerous to the brain, especially of babies, infants and children."
The CDC desperately needed to prove there's no link between vaccines and autism, and Thorsen ended up being the guy hired to produce that evidence. Had the CDC not covered up the truth, we'd probably have an entirely different discussion on vaccines today.
As noted by Grundvig, some of Thorsen’s studies kept getting extended because the CDC simply wasn’t comfortable with the results; even with manipulation, they kept showing an association between the number of vaccines and the rise of autism.
“What’s amazing is Thorsen coming from Denmark. Thimerosal was banned in Denmark in 1991 — fully enacted in 1992. Vaccines today in Denmark have no thimerosal whatsoever. So, you have Thorsen agreeing to do whatever the CDC wanted to, which was manipulate the data, to lose data, to produce results that would favor [thimerosal],” Grundvig says.
Thorsen Colleague Caught Colluding With CDC to Cherry Pick Data
Thorsen worked at Aarhus University outside of Copenhagen, Denmark. At the university, he had a small research group he called the North Atlantic Neurological Epidemiology Alliance (NANEA). Part of that research group was a Ph.D. candidate named Kreesten Meldgaard Madsen.
Madsen was the principal investigator on at least two out of the five studies Thorsen did on behalf of the CDC. She came under fire when leaked emails6 showed she was coordinating with CDC officials "intent on fraudulently cherry picking facts to prove vaccine safety," according to a report by The Huffington Post.7
"They were under duress because the CDC was directly involved, with Diana Schendel going to Denmark several times to produce better results. These studies were done over and over again. In fact, there's one email from Coleen Boyle that basically went out to the Danes saying, 'What happens if we got rid of the 2001 data set completely? What happens to the line then? Does it flatten?' At the end of the day, that's exactly what they did," Grundvig says.
CDC Whistleblower Confirms Vaccine-Autism Cover-Up
In his book, Grundvig explains how, were the studies done properly using valid scientific criteria, they would have revealed some incredible insights. For starters, they would have shown that autism is in fact correlated with thimerosal exposure.
Brian Hooker is one of the researchers who has gone back to re-evaluate Thorsen's studies. In 2017, Danish scientists will again redo the studies, to hopefully settle the matter.Thorsen was hardly the only manipulator of data at the CDC, however. Dr. William Thompson, a research scientist at the CDC's National Center for Immunizations and Respiratory Diseases (NCIR), is another. He co-authored four studies refuting a link between the MMR vaccine and autism, as well as thimerosal-containing vaccines and autism.
According to Thompson, one of the studies found that African-American boys who received the MMR vaccine before the age of 36 months had an increased risk for autism.8 He also maintains that other CDC studies have found a relationship between thimerosal and tics, which are associated with autism.9
Clearly, there's no way for the truth to get out unless we have skilled investigative journalists like Grundvig bringing us the full story. After that, it's a matter of sharing the information, because you can be sure this information will not appear in The New York Times or on your local news station. It's suppressed by design.
Thimerosal Is Still a Major Vaccine Ingredient
In the early 2000s there was a major push to remove thimerosal from vaccines, but it never took the form of law. Instead, vaccine makers were encouraged to reduce or eliminate thimerosal in their vaccines on a voluntary basis. Some did so, but according to Grundvig, even vaccines that claim to be thimerosal-free are not entirely devoid of it.
"If you read the labels, it says "thimerosal-depleted" … They remove [thimerosal] in the process. It's filtered out, but it's not filtered out 100 percent. There's still thimerosal in all of the thimerosal-containing vaccines as there were before, just a lot less. However, in the flu vaccine, it's full bore thimerosal.
It's the cheapest and fastest way to make it. I don't think that vaccine makers are interested in changing the 20th century recipe to making vaccines. It's cheap and fast. That's all they care about. They do not care about safety. They don't care about children's health. With poor children's health, they are able to take care of children, on the other end … with drugs and treatments and so forth. They continuously make money off every American citizen out there," Grundvig says.
Annual Flu Shots Are a Health Disaster in the Making
The flu vaccine is perhaps the most egregious example of this criminal activity. When I graduated from medical school, it was only recommended for health care workers, those over 55, and those with chronic diseases such as pulmonary diseases or cystic fibrosis. The target population was a relatively small percentage.
Now, it's recommended for every single individual in the United States, each and every year starting at the age of 6 months until death. It's truly beyond irrational. Not only is it ineffective, but it's perniciously toxic, thanks to the thimerosal. (For clarification, flu vaccines do not contain aluminum — a highly toxic adjuvant.)
"Even when they don't get it right — like last year, when they realized they didn't predict the strain properly [so] the flu vaccine was completely useless — they say, 'We admit it's useless. We were wrong, but take it anyway,'" Grundvig says.
And why wouldn't they? Drug companies, health officials and administering doctors are all completely insulated from lawsuits, so people suffering side effects have no impact on the bottom line. They have absolutely no incentive to urge you to weigh the risks and benefits. As long as you take the shot, they profit. And, if you're harmed, they continue to profit in other ways, since your treatment will undoubtedly involve medical care and drugs.
OTC Tapeworm Drug Kills Zika
At the end of the day, I believe it comes down to us — we all need to take the incentive to spread this information to our friends and family; make them aware of the corruption, fraud and manipulation occurring that is preventing them from understanding the truth about any given matter. Grundvig offers another example:
"The Florida State University [FSU] discovered that an off-the-shelf remedy [Nicolsamide, an FDA approved drug used to treat tapeworm] likely either suppresses or eliminates Zika. But did the press cover this? … You'd have to go to Florida State University10 and some other lesser blogs to actually find this story.

We must educate ourselves and understand the political and financial dynamics that underlie the recommendations coming from these agencies. Failing to do so can quite literally be dangerous to your health. In this case, Grundvig has done a remarkable job of explaining the situation at the CDC that has allowed the claim that thimerosal-containing vaccines have no role in autism.
This is not to say that there are no other factors involved in autism. Evidence suggests Roundup and other glyphosate-containing pesticides may play a role. Ditto for other toxic exposures and electromagnetic field (EMF) exposures. Having an unbalanced gut microbiome also appears to influence the outcome. There are many variables that, when combined, can result in autism. Still, that does not mean we should give vaccines a free pass.
Projections suggest that within the next 25 years, half of all children will be autistic. There is no way a culture can survive with half of the population being in the autistic spectrum. We're looking at the collapse of society if the rise in autism isn't stopped or reversed, and that means addressing ALL known factors.
