I HAVE BEEN FAsting for about two weeks now I lost 20 lbs but stopped losing any weight I even began working out I do about 1000 jumping jacks a day and still nothing any help?- Re: Exercise while water fasting archus

This is a reply to # 2,343,029You will harm yourself. Stop the madness. You know further you go in the fast lesser weight you lose.
No exercise while fasting, mild walking is ok.
