I take 2 dropper squirts of SSKI in a small glass of water each night. It greatly helps remove my lung congestion during winter months.

I have also discovered that Colloidal Silver taken in a nebulizer helps even more. So now I do both as required when my lungs start acting up,

SSKI is a saturated concentration of potassium Iodide in water. When you put it into water, it just gets more dilute. Feel free to carry it with you to drink at noon.
