First of, let me tell you Newport, if there were anyone I would be glad to donate with a paypal button, it would be if you had a "on demand" service! I say go for it.. :-)
This is my case, I have put som time into this research so appreciated if one reads a little into it if interested, because there is possible large nuggets to get here.
Sumary (Based on the key texts I have pasted in below):
1. Sodium Citrate Chelates Calcium Ions in the Blood by making them into Calcium Citrate (A well known bio available calcium supplement). In many individuals, bioavailability of calcium citrate is found to be equal to that of the cheaper calcium carbonate
2. Pr Dr Wilson like with Rust/Iron one can be defficient and have toxic loads of biounavailable calcium at the same time. Because of too low sodium and potassium levels in the blood and tissues (due to Infections/toxins/radiation hormonal issues) Calcium will not stay in a Ionized and soluble form. So even if one eats calcium, it would not be enough, so the body robs bioavailable calcium from bones and tissues, and all the rest of large loads of free flowing biounavailable calcium just rebounds trough the body and deposits as no-usable calcium deposits that we may call "Calcification/Hardening or cement" basically.
3. I know we are drinking IMAM and taking Sodium and potassium + Citric/Ascorbic to correct many of these underlaying issues of the human battery already.
4. When exposed to EMF radiation, the protective calcium coating is removed from the outside of the cells allowing the cell to dump its minerals and waste products. EMF intolerance is mainly due to low levels of Calcium in the Blood, proven by different studies. EMF exposure removes even more Calcium from their cell membranes. Calcium ions are particularly important because of their double positive charge, that enables them to bind more strongly to the surrounding negative phospholipids by mutual attraction. Phospholipids which is the very foundation of cell membranes and regulating what goes in and out of the cell.
5. Sodium Citrate has also be known as a kind of sport drug, at the same level as Ingesting Sodium Bicarbonate for relieving lactate and for higher endurance. IT is more tolerated than bicarbonate and does not affect the ph much, as the alkaline bicarbonate.
6. I have experimented with this substance, not takin it oral but used it as a IV drip. I have mixed it with USP saline solution and tried various strengths. I have mixed like 4g of the powder and mixed it in 250cc of Saline, then adjusted the ph from 8 something down to 6.9-7.0.
I was originally using it for anticoagulation for my "Malaria blood", but it has given me more bonus effects as well. I feel the nervous system getting more relaxed, and also my EMF sensitivities slightly better. There has been very few items on the list that have made this effect on my EMF. I ponder if this has most to do with the chelating of biounavailable calcium into available, but also affecting somehow the "Calcium havoc" which EMF makes. My thoughts are that in higher dosages this would help the blood flow more, but also fixing a bunch of indirect mineral problems as well. Perhaps it is a big key treatment for the issue which gets more and more attention just called "Calcification" people getting hardened and aches and pain because of "hardened cement like material" around in the body".
"The citrate ion chelates calcium ions in the blood by forming calcium citrate complexes, disrupting the blood clotting mechanism.

"Low tissue sodium and potassium levels prevent calcium from remaining in an ionized or soluble form in the blood. Instead, it precipitates and deposits in many body tissues including the joints, arteries, kidneys and elsewhere. This is a cardinal sign of aging. It is associated with elevated hair tissue calcium and a calcium shell pattern
The cause is usually that the tissue or even the blood levels of sodium and potassium are so low that the body cannot maintain enough calcium in an ionized or soluble form in the blood. Sodium and potassium are solvent minerals that keep calcium and magnesium in solution. As the levels of the solvents decreases, calcium and magnesium, in most cases, begin to precipitate into the soft tissues.
This creates a calcium deficiency in the blood, even if one eats enough bioavailable calcium, which is rare today. Eventually, it can lead to osteoporosis in most older people as the body robs the bones of some calcium to replenish the blood or serum calcium.
Biounavailable Calcium. In many instances of calcium toxicity, calcium builds up in the body in a biounavailable form. This means it is present, but cannot be used properly. This condition causes symptoms of both deficiency and excess at the same time because there can be a deficiency of available calcium, and an excess of biounavailable calcium at the same time.
In contrast, some fast oxidizers have excessive cell membrane permeability. This can cause problems such as too much thyroid hormone passing into the cells too quickly. This leads to a condition in which the serum thyroid hormones are low, yet a person really does not need more thyroid hormones. The person really needs a lower degree of cell permeability. Excess tissue calcium tends to harden the cell membranes and can decrease the cell permeability. This is important to know in order to evaluate other conditions such as hypothyroidism, in which thyroid hormones may not cross into the cells properly."

"When exposed to EMF radiation, the protective calcium coating is removed from the outside of the cells allowing the cell to dump its minerals and waste products
Decreased cell permeability due to a calcium shell may also affect other hormone imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, and detoxification of cellular waste products.
It is possible that some forms of electromagnetic intolerance is due to low levels of calcium in the blood. Electromagnetic exposure would then remove even more calcium from their cell membranes to push them over the edge and give the symptoms.
It is adjacent to the thyroid gland and, if it were to be damaged by the radiation in the same way, the production of the parathyroid hormone would go down, the amount of calcium in the blood would be reduced and the person concerned would become electromagnetically intolerant.
All of this supports the notion that a large number of the biological responses to weak electromagnetic radiation stem from the loss of calcium (and possibly other divalent ions) from cell membranes.
Positive ions strengthen cell membranes because they help bind together the negatively charged phospholipid molecules that form a large part of their structure.
Calcium ions are particularly good at this because their double positive charge enables them to bind more strongly to the surrounding negative phospholipids by mutual attraction and hold them together like mortar holds together the bricks in a wall."

The Anticoagulant Sodium Citrate Solution USP exerts its anticoagulant effect via the chelation of ionized Calcium in the blood and tissues by the Citrate ion which prevents activation of Calcium dependent pro coagulants. In the extracorporeal circuit,
Sodium Citrate causes anticoagulation by chelating ionized Calcium into a soluble complex of Calcium Citrate. Calcium is an integral ion
involved in the clotting cascade. Local removal by Citrate prevents the activation of clotting cofactors, factor X and prothrombin and the ultimate formation of fibrin. When used as indicated, CitraFlowTM eliminates the risks of systemic anticoagulation associated with the use of heparin locking solutions.
