Hi MH,
Do you think that eating roasted peanuts could cause candida or is harmful while doing parasite cleanse?
I roast them in home without any oil or salt. Just on a pan heat them for 10-15 minutes in low heat.

This is a reply to # 2,334,448some people over react to peanuts and can kill them, same with bee stings etc………..i grew up eating peanuts and love nut butters.
I normally only eat them in the winter months.
real foods do not feed fungus.
