I feel like I have a loose anus or some problem that is causing my odor.

I have been doing kegals but I don't even know what its supposed to look like now. its like a slit. I used to wash it with spray in the shower and it would feel clean. now I do it and it dosent feel clean or right. but I don't know.

I go and wipe and that makes it aggravated and that makes it smell more it seems. idk what to do.
