The news industry just spent the better part of the last 2 weeks talking up cops .... heroes ..... and maximizing the tearjerking value in the recent cop shootings ... not likely they want to contradict the fairytale so soon. Note to Abby: maybe next time invite a couple blacks with you to improve chances of cop thuggery making the news.

Just a guess but the cops in question were not bonafide police but simply unemployed knucledraggers hired "deputized" as temps by the city of brotherly live in cooperation with homeland security.
