Had loads of fungal infections since a year ago.
Its now on my face, ive started itraconazole 200mg a day and im a week and a half in.
In terms of the appearance its much better and less red. But its still spreading rapidly! In fact it seems to spread more if i put topical antifungals.

It looks like a fungal infection but im not even sure now.

Please can someone help im at my wits end.
