Can anyone link me to some pictures of what is supposed to come out after a P&B shake (psyllium & bentonite)?

I've been doing the shakes daily for the last couple of weeks, and every single day (about 8 hours after my p&b shake) I do an enema, and I'm constantly getting out a large gooey mass of stuff, and I'm not sure if I'm seeing endless ropeworms, or just congealed p&b, or "mucoid plaque".

They are often long, stringy, rubbery, with rope-like adhesions between fecal stones/matter, usually tan or beige in color. But then alongside of those things, some super dark (definitely ropeworms) often come out as well, so I'm not sure what the tan/beige things are.

Any ideas?
