Hello. I am new to the adrenal fatigue forum, but I've been doing quite some reading and research on this topic. My question is: how do you get tested for adrenal fatigue. I looked into some test kits that can be purchased online but are they reliable?- Re: How to get tested? joegrane

A friend got an AM blood cortisol on the same day. Both blood and saliva were very similarly normal; however saliva cortisol was low the reminder of the day.
Don't forget other related hormones--DHEA, progsterone, pregnenolone and downstream sex hormones. They are commonly studied in blood.
