I'm on nutritional balancing program but i'm having problems with copper in Limcomin and SBF formula.
I have double low Na/K ratio (1.54). Limcomin is a great supplement, i have energy and feel "normal" on it, but i can't sleep. It just keeps me up. I also tried all ingredients from Limcomin individually and it's the copper that makes me feel good but at the same time it gives me insomnia. I've tried all insomnia supplements on the market but the only thing that works is Xanax. If i take recommended dose of Limcomin and SBF forumula it's total 5 mg of copper i feel great and if i take Xanax at night i sleep good and wake up refreshed. If i don't have any copper and take Xanax i wake up groggy.
So copper is definitely something i need, but i can't keep taking Xanax to sleep. Max copper i can take without insomnia is around 0,3 mg. I've tried increasing Zinc but it didn't help.
I've read copper reviews on iherb and amazon and haven't notice people reporting insomnia from it. So there has to be a way to take adequate amounts of copper without having insomnia.
Maybe increased potassium in the afternoon, or calcium (i take 1000mg calcium and 500 mg magnesium).
