Okay, I listened to it again with more of an attentive ear. Perry said he heard God speaking to him in 1992 at 10:30 AM saying, "you need to warn your people that the spirit of Ahab and Jezebel is now coming to Washington." He did not know what it meant at the time, but said it became clear that Bill and Hillary fit the same pattern as Ahab and Jezebel. This sounds like much of this word has been fulfilled already. I have the time set for you if you want to hear just this part.

If you back it up to the beginning you can hear Perry teaching that the USA and ISRAEL are spiritually connected. This could be the meaning of the prophecy stating that America is found in scripture within JerUSAlem. It sounds like these videos were made before 2007. They are not specifically referring to this upcoming election, although if Hillary does get in I could see where that could fit in this. I think much of this, if not all of this, has come to pass already. Hillary did stay in the government obviously. The Word from God did not say that the woman would be president.

Perry went on talking about another prophecy given to another man many years ago. He said that may not be referring to Hillary. That prophecy said that a woman would come to power in the country at some point in time and America would sink. The prophecy did not say she would be President. That prophecy was not necessarily tied to the Word Perry received or this time. Perry made it clear that could even happen after the rapture of the church, or even during the tribulation period.
