Yeah I have some advice.
You can write an essay on what things you stick in your mouth, but what about your mental health ?
First you had IBS and then cleaned up your act and it went away.
Then you found yourself eating
Sugar and crap and you were ill.
Well ... why did you change.
The only way to be healthy is to be healthy inside and out.
In fact many people stick all sorts of concoctions in their mouth in order to not change.
And then wonder what the problem is.
Being healthy is not a question of sticking 50 magic potions into your mouth every day. You only do that when you are ill.
But you have to want to be healthy inside and out, in the body and mind.
Exercising 5/6 times a week also is not a question of health, people do that to deal with a stressful life, but it is unnatural.
So, often these things continue until you get really really ill and then there is a willingness to change.
