Does this sound like pancreatitis caused by parasites?
I have been suffering from a mysterious "congested middle left abdominal discomfort" for about five years that no doctors can really diagnose.
It's a congested, bloated, stretched, tissue-sticked-together feeling around the left side of the belly button, irradiated to the left side and back with a swollen looking. It gets worse with high fat diet.
For the past 2 days I've been eating high amount of coconut oil with Praziquantel+Albendazole for flukes. Soon after I got cramps at the location where the old dull bloating pain has been bothering me, the whole left side feels like about to explode.
I'm in a lot of pain now and realized the whole thing could be pancreatitis, pancreas blockage, caused by liver/pancreas flukes, or,
Ascaris in bile duct?
If possible, how do I get them diagnosed? At the onset of this ailment 5 years ago(since then health got downhill) it was acute pain with fever, during the following year I had been seeking medical help from all kinds of doctors and had ultra sounds, CAT scans, blood tests and they said nothing.
