Hi, I wonder if anyone can give me some advice.

I have been oil pulling every day with organic coconut oil, sometimes twice a day. I previously had sore gums and the oil pulling helped greatly.

Before I stated OP my teeth were not very white and I was really unhappy with them.

I noticed that they were becoming even more discoloured and I felt it was due to the coconut oil.

Last week I had my checkup at the dentist and I got the scale & polish cleaning. After the dentist cleaning was done, all the staining was removed and my teeth were actually white. I couldn't believe it. I am delighted.

Now I am scared to oil pull again encase it stains my teeth and I have to wait 6 months for the dentist to clean them again.

After I OP I just rinse with cold water. I was wondering if that was causing the oil to harden and stain my teeth?

Sory if this is a bit long winded bit I would greatly appreciate any adivce.
