Had low testosterone at the beginning of this year, alternative medicine doc put me on a mix of mungbean powder, green oat extract, oat bran fiber, stinging nettle extract, and sea buckthorn and here four months later my levels are within an acceptable range. At the beginning of the year they were :
Testosterone 375
Calc free testosterone 8.8
Now:
testosterone 734
calc free testosterone 16.5
Though there is no guarantee those substances are what caused the change as ive been taking lots of supplements but those are the only ones my doctor gave me specifically to target low testosterone so i figure there is a fair chance those are the ones that caused the change.
Read online when i first got a low testosterone reading and found lots of people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome who had their symptoms lifted when they supplemented testosterone itself, though I wouldn't recommend that as ive heard the body becomes dependent but that made me really interested in treating my low testosterone though now that i have i don't notice too much a difference, however, my testosterone still isn't in the upper reference range, it's closer to the middle, maybe some shift will come about when it does get higher.
About the adrenals, a doc told me i had AF in the past and put me on hydrocortisone for it along with DHEA,
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , T3 for the thyroid, coconut oil 1 tbsp/day, omega oils, iodine, liver essential oils, CoQ10, and diatomacious earth as well as betaine hcl and digestive enzymes for my gut. After a few months of that I got my energy back though i took on some stress after that and the stress brought me back to being chronically fatigued, probably should have started retrying the supplements i just mentioned by now but ive been testing a lot of other stuff and have been seeing benefits just not to the degree i saw from taking those supplements i just mentioned.
Might want to look up an alternative medicine or functional medicine doctor
