MoreI have an itchy scalp, hair loss, dandruff, and excess sebum.
My hair falls out with the bulb on it and if I itch my scalp my finger nail fills with white stuff. I suspect this to be excess sebum.
My hair loss is most abundant where my scalp itches the most.
I eat only vegetables and once or twice a week I eat chicken or turkey. I have eaten this way for 8 months and for the last 5 years I have eaten a non processed food diet (vegetables, meat, fruit, rice, and oats). Also, I exercise 5 days a week.
Is this Candida? or is something else causing the excess sebum which is causing all of my scalp problems?
All of my other conditions have been cured but this I cannot get rid of.
Please help, this is driving me crazy and I feel like I have tried everything.

This is a reply to # 2,319,579I have seen you posting in the Liver Flush Forum a few times.
If you have not done at least 12- 20 flushes, that would be one way to go.
Your liver, your intestines and your microbiota are not healthy.
Liver Flush may help.
Regular physical activity may also be of help.
What medications have you used during your lifetime?

This is a reply to # 2,319,604I have taken a lot of Antibiotics in my lifetime. Other than that I have been medication free. A lot of Antibiotics though. When I was in my late teens I was on them for 1.5 years straight, plus many other times.

As memebers said you should consult a dermatologist, in order to give you some analyzes to do and see what is the problem coming from.
Im suffering too from hair loss, because i have polycystic ovaries, which results acne, and hair loss, im taking medicine but in the same time im using homeremedies to help, medicine alone not enough, you should eat healthy avoid totally meat, and drinks, keep eating vegetables, juice, with excercing. Try to be far of stress it can be also a factor.
Natural medicine or home remedies need time to show a results, just don't give up, only respect the recipes.
