I'm not expert but there are a couple of things that come to mind. (My TSH was 8.3)
Make sure you are taking sufficient amounts of B2 and B3. I took the normal dose but decided to up it at someone on CZs suggestion. Helped a lot.
Also, I think you should re check your TSH at a different point in your 28 day cycle. The TSH changes can occur due to other hormones.
The other thing that comes to mind is a food intolerance. If you are eating something that is irritating your system it can easily upset the TSH.
I know how crazy it sounds. Potatoes mess me up but I feel nothing when I eat them. Eight hours later I am coughing like mad and have huge amounts of phlegm. Try the
Elimination Diet to figure out what the irritants are. It can't hurt even if you don't find the answer to the TSH issue.
I've talked to a dozen women who have tried the drugs and all of them said it just made things worse. The conclusion was always that you need to listen to your body.
Your body needs
Iodine it doesn't need drugs. Grizz is sort of the
Iodine expert on CZ. See if you can find and read his papers on CZ. You could private mail him.
