i am 45 yr old female I can always remember even as a child been plagued with digestive issues: gas, bloating, extremely tired after eating, wanting
Sugar so im sure i have ibs and candida.
I rember my first
colonic 5 yrs ago. it was the most uncomfortable sometimes painful experience. i didn't do it again for years and fast forward to today and I’m an addict. I don't know how this happened since the first was so horrible.
I am very McacGyver like and made a
colonic contraption myself at home. I want to say right now even thou this is ruining my life i do not believe the procedure is bad. its the whole moderation thing. So i don't need anyone responding about how dangerous and bad this is..I already know and that is why i am reaching out. I am going to hurt myself if i haven't done permanent damage already. there are days i do it 5 or more times a day. i never feel empty in fact i feel completely bloated after then sometime 2 to 8 hours later a physical sensation, not pain but uncomfortable stimulation(coming from my rectal area) that i can't explain and i can not go one more second without giving myself a
colonic for the relief. This also occurs every time i eat like a signal and then this weird sensation occurs..so i try not to eat or drink anything.
the last two months i have been on a candida diet. no
Sugar of any kind. probiotics. olive leaf extract. Eating clean.
the first week i felt better and each week there after i have been feeling worse. my intuition tells me this isn't die off: sudden really bad breath, underarm odor,dry mouth, my skin looks like it has aged 10 years and needing more colonics, i have been also doing probiotic enemas to no avail.
I also want to point out that before the candida diet i had lots of mucus during a colonic. Now on the diet i see no or very little mucus and feel worse on this diet what makes me feel sick/bloated: ANY kind of healthy smoothie i don't care if it is almond milk or water or plant protein with without, ect i have tried them 1000 ways and they make me feel horrible. also, apple cider vinegar has
not done anything or yogurt. i know i am probably dehydrated but not thirsty even water makes me feel bloated. fiber seems to make me feel bad, too. Last night i got fed up and had four glasses of blush wine and for the first time i felt good. even the next morning!
I also want to mention I have issues with major fatigue, history of endometriosis and depression
please help with a protacal: to calm the sensation so I can stop colonics, food I can eat and supplements. thank you for reading
