It's been about 7 months since I crashed and burned harder than I could ever have imagined from overwhelming stress of 4.5 years. I've only been on a nutritional balancing program for about 3 months and while I still struggle with serious daytime crashes and feeling like I'm going to die after doing a few push-ups (especially hard as an avid ex-weight lifter), I gotta say this program is the best I'll probably ever be on, and I plan on being on it or something similar for life. I feel like the attitude of almost everyone on an NB program is actually a testament to its success; there's almost no attacking on these boards and everyone is unbelievably supportive. All of the practices – like foot rubbing, skin brushing, saunaing (my personal favorite), down sex, and spinal exercises – on top of the nutritional recommendations just *feel* healthful to me. I hope that's been other people's experience with it too. If not, I guess that's why other health programs exist. Anyway, just thought I'd share my experience with the program so far. I look forward to reading and posting more in the future.
